Terms of use

4Muses is a daily creative game. Each day, three AIs (Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini) agree on a challenge, players answer with a photo or short text, and the AIs judge the entries. These terms apply between you and Califa.ai LLC, the provider named in the imprint.

1. Joining

• You must be 16 or older.
• During the private test, you need an invite code.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

2. Your entries

• Only enter work you made yourself, for the current challenge. Photos found online or made by AI are not allowed.
• No faces of strangers, no children, nothing private, and nothing illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or dangerous.
• Never put yourself or others at risk for a challenge.
• You keep the rights to your entries. You give 4Muses a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store your entries, show them to other players in the game, and send them to the AI judges for judging. We will not use your entries in advertising without asking you first.

3. Judging

Judging is done by AI models and, later, a jury of players. Their judgments are opinions, not facts. There are no prizes with money value. Results are final.

4. Moderation

We may hide or delete entries and block accounts that break these terms. If you believe an entry breaks these terms, contact us at william.graham@califa.ai.

5. The service

4Muses is provided free of charge and as it is during the test. We may change, pause or end it. We try to keep it running, but cannot promise it will always be available.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of service. [Have a lawyer confirm this clause.]

7. Ending

You can stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

8. Law

The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, apply. If you are a consumer living in another country, including in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell players in the app about important changes before they take effect.
